- Problem
- A software company needed a way to track where their production process was breaking down.
- Approach
- Built and shipped solo, for iOS and Android, with app data hosted and secured on AWS.
- Outcome
- An app that logs production data, scores performance, and directs teams toward their weakest points.
One partner, every discipline, your vision built.
Phoenix Solutions joins your project instead of quoting it. Software, web, brand, media, and publishing work — handled by one team, run in short sprints, so the plan can change when reality does.
Most projects don't stay inside one lane. Most hiring does.
A launch usually needs an app built, a site designed, a brand made presentable, and a way to tell people about it. The default path is four contractors, four contracts, and four people who've never spoken to each other — each one locked into a scope that was accurate the week it was written.
Phoenix Solutions exists to be the alternative: a single partner who can move across those disciplines as the project actually needs, and who treats the plan as something to keep adjusting, not something to defend.
We don't take on clients. We join projects — and we stay flexible enough to be useful the whole way through.

One point of contactPhoenix Solutions runs the whole build as one accountable team.
Agile, applied past software.
Every project — app, website, book, or brand — runs in short sprints instead of one long guess. We build a slice, show it to you, adjust, and go again. Nothing sits untouched for months waiting to be "finished" before you see it.
Discover
We map what "done" actually needs to mean — the real goal, not just the first draft of the ask.
Sprint
Short, focused bursts of work on the highest-value piece, not the whole project at once.
Ship
You see and use real progress every sprint — never a surprise at the very end.
Adapt
We fold in what we learned and re-plan the next sprint. The loop starts again, on purpose.
This is the same loop whether we're shipping app features or laying out a book's back matter.
Capabilities, grouped by what you're trying to get done.
Every category below has shipped in real partner projects — not a list of buzzwords we hope to be asked about.
Apps that hold up in production
Mobile and web apps, full stack — including hosting, security, and the data behind them.
Sites built to be maintained
Custom-coded or platform-based (Squarespace, Wix), hosted and handed off cleanly.
Migrations that don't lose anything
Moving data between platforms, integrating APIs, keeping integrity intact across every transfer.
The visual language for your idea
Logos, business cards, flyers, brochures, and landing pages that look like one coherent brand.
Filmed, edited, and mastered
Direction, editing, VFX/SFX, and audio mastering — for weddings, events, and brand video alike.
Presence that's actually managed
Creation and ongoing management — posts, ads, stories, reels, and community groups.
Manuscript to finished book
Novels, comics, and children's books — formatting, pagination, front/back matter, cover and interior art, and Amazon KDP publishing.
Anime & cartoon-style illustration
Original art and cleanup work from a dedicated team of illustrators.
Built in Unity, shipped everywhere
Design, programming, asset creation, and sound — distributed to web, PC, Android, and iOS.
A few of the projects behind the pitch.
A sample of partnerships — not an exhaustive list.
- Problem
- A company changing web services needed every customer record moved without loss or corruption.
- Approach
- Built a custom transfer program and worked directly with several internal teams to protect data integrity.
- Outcome
- A clean migration with no lost records and no disruption to the teams relying on the data.
- Problem
- A business needed data kept in sync between two different database systems, indefinitely.
- Approach
- Interfaced with both platforms' APIs and built a job to run the transfer automatically.
- Outcome
- A program still running daily on AWS Lambda, with no manual work required.
- Problem
- A growing farm and distillery needed a public presence built from scratch.
- Approach
- Designed the website, managed social media, and produced video advertisements and graphic design.
- Outcome
- One coordinated brand presence, instead of separate vendors for site, social, and video.
- Problem
- An author needed a book taken from manuscript to a finished, sellable product.
- Approach
- Handled editing, formatting, and cover and interior art for each title.
- Outcome
- Seven novels published on Amazon KDP, plus an ongoing comic book partnership handling clean-up art, upscaling, formatting, and lettering.
Started because solving other people's problems was the best part of every job.
Damion Jensen has always had a pull toward two things: learning, and helping people. Early on, that meant moving through a string of jobs and, each time, ending up the one who picked up the skill nobody else had to fix a problem that had been sitting unsolved for years.
In 2020, that pattern became a business — after helping a friend get hers off the ground, she turned it around on him: "You should start your own business doing this." Phoenix Solutions has been partnering with individuals and small businesses ever since, taking on whatever a vision actually needs.

The role I enjoy most is learning whatever the job actually requires — then using it to move someone's vision forward.

One message is enough to start. We'll follow up to scope the first sprint.
